Tour Plan
- Transfer to Ollantaytambo: We will start the day early by picking you up from
your hotel and heading to the picturesque town of Ollantaytambo, where we will
board the train to Machu Picchu Pueblo (Aguas Calientes). - Aguas Calientes: Enjoy a relaxing train ride, surrounded by
spectacular landscapes of mountains and rivers. Upon arrival in Aguas
Calientes, you will walk 200 meters to the bus station. - Bus to Machu Picchu: We will take the bus to the majestic Citadel of Machu Picchu, a journey
of approximately 25 minutes along a winding road through the mountains. - Guided tour of Machu Picchu (3 hours): Accompanied by a specialized guide, we will
explore the Historical Sanctuary of Machu Picchu. During this tour, you will
learn in-depth about the mysteries and wonders of this ancient Incan city, from
its sacred temples to its complex canal systems. - Return to Aguas Calientes: After the tour, we will descend by bus back to the
town of Aguas Calientes, where you will have free time to explore or enjoy the
local cuisine. - Return trip to Cusco: We will board the train back to Ollantaytambo, where a transfer will be
waiting to take you back to Cusco. The train and bus journey takes
approximately 3 hours.
